At Taniraa, each item is handpicked and carefully inspected before being added to our collection. As we deal exclusively in preloved and heritage garments, all purchases made through our website are considered final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, customer satisfaction and trust remain our priority. If your product arrives damaged, we request you to inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a return or replacement where feasible. Items that show signs of use, wear, or alterations after delivery will not be eligible for consideration.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before completing their purchase.
